#Transformationtuesday (and by no means complete)
Picture on the left is me 5 years ago. Just beginning to get in to the gym however not training correctly or all that often. The Picture on the right is just before I went on holiday this year. Pretty happy with how I have progressed as I have managed to live my life alongside it. Believe it or not I do eat junk food when I want to, I go out and drink alcohol with my friends, I skip the gym if I'm tired.
There is 5 years in between these photos. People always rush for that quick fix but instead should be looking to build something sustainable. What's the point of losing weight in 6 weeks to gain it all back on again and some? Instead people need to focus on being consistent with their efforts and build a body that will last the tale of time. Find a routine and a way of training you enjoy! Stick to a diet that includes food you like, one that is realistic and sustainable. If you want to lose weight put yourself in a deficit, want to gain weight put yourself in a calorie surplus. Training and dieting does not have to be so complicated or tedious.
