Breakfast of champions....for me at least. I have always been a fiend for pastries, donuts, etc. Finding these oatmeal raisin cookies from Biotrust has been an important part of my individual successful eating plan. In level 1.0 nutrition thinking you are thinking about calories. Level 2.0 you have all these rules about how certain foods (like sugar, carbs, fat or salt) will kill you. Level 3.0 you realize it is simply about doing what works for you period.

That is what I have to keep saying to myself.
I am taking care of my body. And for me, slowing down is where it is right now.
It can take 4-6 weeks or LONGER to heal your adrenals, which seems like a lifetime to me!
But the longer I keep putting it off, the longer it will take and it's what is keeping me from reaching goals I have for myself.
This one body, it's the only one we get! And the older I get, the more I learn to appreciate that.
Things don't get easier.
Everything seems harder.
But that doesn't mean we have to give up, it means we need to find a new way to continue making progress. And right now, this is what needs to be done.

3 weeks post show and finally took some check in pictures (featuring Murph). Life has been an absolute whirlwind since Nationals, in a good way! πŸŒͺ I'm sitting at 118 lbs, about five pounds over stage weight. I took a 1 week diet break after Nationals now back to eating my regular meals for the past 2 weeks. Just added peanut butter back into breakfast/meal 1 and a 200 cal treat of chocolate in the afternoon after meal 3 plus a cheat meal once a week πŸ‘… Still doing fasted cardio 5-6/week and usual training. I've been trying to use more supersets and keep training to 30-40 mins cause life has been so busy and to get out of the gym quicker so I can spend more time with the fiancΓ©e and pup 😊 So that's basically what I've established as my version of post show 'balance' and a not so strict diet leading up to the wedding #9weeksout
