Tuesday 6am Butt and legs class done 💪🏾 forgot to charge my activity watch so no breakdown today 😫😫 it was a tough class as well. First time trying cool runnings protein shake, pineapple, mango, banana, protein powder = delicious 😋😋😋
It’s MONDAY! I just love MONDAYS! I work from home therefore I’m FREE to schedule my day as I see fit. First things first, I’ve got to get my BURN on with my fitness family. If I don’t, my whole day is off, I regret not working out and my productivity is down the rest of the day. It helps me sleep better, helps me work the “crazy” off and improves my overall health. I will not be the “holiday statistic”. Work your way through the holidays rather than procrastinate and feel terrible come January. Find your tribe and chase that sweat. I must be crazy, this morning was my 9th class in nine days. 😬🙌🏾😬🙌🏾😬🙌🏾 and I'm still standing. Going to have a well deserved break for a couple of days. So wanted tomato ketchup and brown sauce with my breakfast but opted for grilled tomato instead. 🍳🥑🍳No idea what the macros are for this but I'm learning, if anyone has any tips please let me know. Also had PB&J protein shake after my class.
