Guys. I just had THE most amazing workout! What is it about finishing a killer workout dripping in sweat that makes you feel like a million bucks?! 🤗🙌🏻😍💪🏻I really pushed myself this morning and it. felt. awesome. Here’s the workout:
▪️Warm up - .5 mile walk on the treadmill
▪️1 mile running, increasing pace every.25. I was at a pace that I haven’t run since November!
▪️30 seconds each: squat, reverse lunch, curtesy lunge. repeated 3x no breaks
▪️1 mile run, increasing pace every .25 ▪️30 second each: bicep curl to overhead press, triceps extension, front/side raise. Repeated 3x no breaks
▪️1 mile run, increasing pace every .25
▪️30 seconds each: bird dog, plank, reverse plank, side plank. Repeated 2x no breaks.
Total workout time: 60 minutes.
I don’t know why I thrive on pushing my body physically, but I do, and it brings my a whole bunch of joy ☀️ My identity is not founded in exercise but It feels like it’s a huge part of me and how God wired me! I can’t wait until I can do all the activity I love, pain free. Praying that’s the case by this time next year 🙏🏻
