Not the best photo but there is literally only 3 weeks between these two photos and the top is sitting so much comfier on my body, and my calves have lost just over 0.5" each.
It's been a busy, hectic few days with all of adoption stuff going on, building a house for the new adopted dog, and being excessively understaffed at work that I literally have no time or energy to get a decent workout in.
Making sure that in these times of stress that I am mindful of my macros & not giving into emotional stress eating. It's been hard but I've managed to stay on track 🙏
