#super #happy with my #gutcleanse #results - I’m already 4 kgs down, 12 inches lost overall, I have way #better #energylevels the #brainfog is lifting, #memory loss is reducing and I’m just feeling so much better!! Now lots of people have called/written to me to ask me to share my diet with them@which I refuse to do.....why? Because my diet was 100% customised after studying my@blood reports over the last 5 years! And the number of food groups I’ve had to temporarily cut out from my eating has been so high and the drastic changes I had to make were keeping MY problems with my blood and #autoimmunedisease in mind. It’s very well to want to lose weight quickly, but it’s neither sensible nor practical to do it in a crash diet way.....Plus - your body could go into shock with having to give up so much food all at once. So why did I have to do it you’re wondering? Because for me it was a #doordie #nowornever situation and my nutritionist and doctor and I were all in on it together and decided whether I could do it or not. Plus, I have a very strong will and was #determined to see this through till the end. Am I done with it? Not yet, I’m only in he first phase of this process and there’s a long way to go still.
I request everyone to stop trying to casually ask me what I’m eating on great detail because what applies to me, will not to you!! And I will not be responsible for anything happening to your health if you try to blindly copy what I’m doing!
