This morning I woke up very tired, sore, lethargic, cold(horrible rainy day) and lack of energy, I had a pretty broken sleep last night but more importantly I realised that I'd done no stretching, therefore I haven't looked after my body properly to relax better. It really is so crucial and even if its only 5-10mins each day, I totally notice the difference, yet lately, I've found myself forgetting more and more 😩
I've been so busy putting all of my focus and energy into my Work Placement and trying to keep up with my babysitting job, and studying, I do it because I love it so much, meanwhile trying to juggle time with my furbaby, my man and family and friends! Life gets overwhelming at times, I may put too much on my plate too but I only help out the people who help me so I am happy to do that! ❤
Anyway I decided to study at home today with the doggies giving me lots of cuddles, I found myself struggling to stay alert though, I couldn't get out for a walk due to the rain, so I knew that I needed to get a workout in, of course I instantly felt better once I did hence the smile! Isn't it amazing what it does?!
I am currently finishing off my pumpkin soup and protein shake then bring on some stretching to get back into my assignments! Tonight I'll have a hot bath with Epsom salts and lavender oil, put a hair mask/face mask on to refresh for tomorrow! ✅
