I definitely used the 5 second rule to get out of bed this morning. My alarm went off and I felt so tired. I turned my alarm off and counted down 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 and got up. This 5 second rule sounds to silly, but it really helps me to do things that I don’t feel like doing.
