Repping out 3 sets of 10,8,5 with increasing weight each set with 5 second negatives. Those 5 seconds took forever 😅. Maintaining a stable platform and tight core is key. I've notice mad increased gains 💪🏻by implementing negatives into every exercise. Without coach @alexcroteau22 @pcsportsperformance, I never would of faced the fact that controlled motions with weights that are still challenging is the gateway to gains.
