*Took him 6 months to get under the bar (remember kids, at Freedom Fit, you’ve gotta earn it) and 2 weeks ago was his first barbell squat. 2 days ago he did 185x2?!?! ***Maybe you saw my face 😅
*We didn’t invent the wheel or use black magic (maybe a little), just sound principles, movement practices, and effort. *Now on to polishing technique, bringing the weight into a hypertrophy range, and seeing where he goes in another 8 weeks!
