brussel sprouts can be a challenge to get right - from a TEXTURE and TASTE perspective

These happen to be YUMMY, if i may say

sprouts, avocado oil, crushed red pepper, black pepper and a tablespoon of chia seeds for good measure. Give it a good mix and put it on a baking sheet
*
350 for about 15 minutes. (Save any salt until after you cook)

Ok Green Giant totally knows me and the fact that I don’t cook and made all these amazing frozen veggies. This stuff is amazing and can be used as a base for anything, just add some protein and a favorite sauce and BAM supper is done. ✅. As someone that usually does not enjoy cooking, this means I avoid planning meals. Other than smoothies , I just grab food and even meals aren’t necessarily true meals. (Or we eat out or order delivery.)

I have decided to make an attempt to change this and my husband is on board. (Thinking about dinner stresses him out). We are going to try weekly planning and hopefully make one weekly trip to the store. I’m also hoping to get my toddler interested in cooking and eating healthy (more than just juices and smoothies).

STAY IN YOUR OWN FREAKING LANE!! 🚧
We women spend so much time comparing ourselves to others, validating why someone else can lose weight and we can’t. We look at their results and justify why it won’t ever be us!! .
👉🏻My metabolism is slowing down
👉🏻I have kids and my body isn’t the same. 👉🏻I sit at a desk all day long 👉🏻I don’t have time!
👉🏻My kids don’t sleep through the night so I can’t workout! 👉🏻I don’t like to cook! 👉🏻I wish I had more motivation!! .
Ladies I hear it all...I’ve said it all!! I get it!! But bottom line is this!! The minute you stop telling yourself that BS story and the minute you own your choices and you decide that you are going to make the decisions necessary to change is the minute it will actually change!! 🌟🌟 It might not happen over night but it will happen!! .
Your mindset is everything and when you learn to put on your blinders and show up for YOU and no one else is where you grow!

Today I worked out for me! Today I drink my water for me! Today I eat healthy foods for me!! This is my journey, it’s about body confidence, health and vitality and I am staying in my own dang lane!! .
You can never go wrong with balanced eating, regular exercise and a positive attitude!! .

#Organic everything grass-fed beef lentils wild rice red quinoa potatoes carrots coconut aminos Himalayan salt pepper put on some spinach and arugula on the top and yes that is a big hunk of onion will have to brush my teeth after this one! I don't like to cook I threw everything in a pot!
