Don't believe everything you see on the 'gram.
I'll admit it. I think I look great here. Tummy definition. Deceivingly "smooth" and "toned" legs. Round glutes. I wish I actually looked like this in real life and from every angle in every lighting... but I don't. Far from it.😂
I almost actually had a tear in my eye when I was in the gym earlier and could see my fat, wobbly, cellulitey legs wibbly wobbling like jelly on a plate every time I took a step. Like, I mean, it's really bad and makes me sad and very insecure. #dontjudge ...But I wouldn't post myself from my worst angles online, would I?
I love my quad and hamstring and glute muscle size and I am really proud of how I have grown them from lots of hard work HOWEVER overall I HATE my legs and how they wobbly so much and look so lumpy in most lighting. And I now look 6 months pregnant🤰 after a big meal and now i'm not sucking in. And my bum looks smaller when I'm not breaking my back for the classic Instagram pose.
What I'm saying is don't compare everybody's perfect angles and perfect life to your worst ones.... and I'll try to do the same.😶
