INTERMITTENT FASTING UPDATE!!!! I tried it. For 2-3 weeks. Mostly stuck by it. No struggle with binge eating, no struggles really at all. My only issue was having no breakfast or lunch dates, as my window was from 2p-10p. Also, some days were hard to get enough calories in during 8 hours. I have noticed no changes in body or energy.
I'm proud of myself. HUGELY. A year ago I attempted IF 1 day, and after my eating cut off time, all I could think of was binging....and did binge. The thought never occurred to me, during this trial.
However, I have decided not to intermittent fast as a lifestyle, UNLESS it comes by naturally....which with my strange schedule, it sometimes does. My body and I THRIVE on being label- free!!!! My body tells me when it is hungry, and I abide. #intuitiveeating
Ps: I have an injury to my hip...we may be skipping #tabatatuesday
