Apart from the light outdoor jog this morning I haven't trained for 3 days. However I have been eating clean! I cut back on the dark chocolate which is killer for me! And eating only complex carbs, fruit, veg and lean meats! I DONT count calories or weigh my food.
I find as long as you're eating clean and natures goodness then you don't need to obsess about portion size and calories. It's all doing wonders for your body, energy levels, digestive system, skin and so on!
