Procuramos comer denso en proteínas cuando se hacen pesas:
Hoy 1 english muffin integral (Los venden en el auto) con un poquito de ghee o mantequilla-apenas untadito, con 1/2 aguacate 🥑, normalmente uso 1/4 pero hoy sentí que mi cuerpo necesitaba más grasita 🤗(seguro por el frío ❄️) , Quesito blanco pasado por el sartén con spray ... no se uds , pero yo amo el queso derretido 🤤 y 1 huevo entero + 1 clara 🍳(para bajar un poquito la grasa porque ya el aguacate y el queso tienen grasa... y pues hoy no se abusa de la grasita el resto del día. Y obvio no puede faltar el café negro sin nada ☕️ ... No duran 10 minutos preparándolo

Mango Avocado Smoothie with 2 grass fed sausage patties for my healthy fats & protein, Turkey & Rosemary bone broth with a Tuna Veggie Salad. An orange for that afternoon sweet tooth! I think I pretty much set myself up for success today.

Especially this time of year - it's a great opportunity to work on shifting your focus.

I used to count or be mindful of calories when I was trying to lose or maintain my weight. It took up a good amount of mental space, I hated having to do it, but I thought it was a necessary evil.

There are lots of reasons why this is untrue, but I'll pick 1 :) No one knows what your body needs to help you reach your happiest, healthiest weight better than your actual body.
Even best nutritionist in the world wouldn't be able to tell you how many calories or macros your unique body needs.
A magical calorie number does not exist.
Depriving your body from calories it needs can work great for weight loss at first, but ultimately it will slow your metabolism, decrease your energy, increase fat storage, and increase sugar cravings.
If you do really want something to count, count your blessings :)

The best part is these REAL food wedges are even better!

Method:

Wash potatoes well, peeling is optional. Par boil until just tender (not mushy!). Meanwhile preheat an oven tray in the oven at 200C.

Drain potatoes well, then toss in a generous glug of olive oil and an abundance of good quality SMOKED paprika powder (OMG SO good!) and season well with Murray river pink salt flakes (you'll feel like a real chef 🙊😍). Throw onto the preheated oven tray in an even layer and bake until crispy, tossing occasionally. Serve with crushed garlic mixed through some plain yogurt- viola CLEAN aioli! 👌

Suggestions- switch it up with your fav spice mixes. Chipotle powder or Moroccan spice mix works well. #fastfood #dontcountcalories #healthyfood #jbtprogram

As you know by now that local food is a big part of any travel for us.. here are few more amazing things we tried in Nagpur.
Unfortunately both were deep fried so I had to control my portions.. but definitely relished them 😋
1. Stuffed mirchi pakora.. never had i had such balanced flavour of stuffing before. 👌👌 2. Pudachi wadi aka sambar wadi. Coriander is known as sambar in Nagpur☝️ amazing stuffing of fresh coriander, onion, poppy seeds, lil garlic n special spices. Very very different than mumbai kothimbir wadi..

Usos y beneficios: ⠀
🍯Miel de abeja pura: Antibiótico natural con propiedades antisépticas, antimicrobiales y anti-inflamatorias.
Uso: Tópico o tomado. ⠀
🍙Ajo: El más potente, en su estado natural. Ya que su componente llamado “allicin”, es tan potente como la penicilina. ⠀
Uso: Como condimento, puro, en polvo o masticado. ⠀

My meals are pretty simple. Plant-based-like with a ketoish flare! I’ve been off track for the last 2 weeks. My body can definitely tell the difference. I’m sluggish, I notice my aches and pains! 😩 Back to what I KNOW works!
