Who else agrees that are lives are so complicated these days? I’m really trying to get back to basics in all areas of my life but especially my health because for me health is the foundation for everything.
So this is my version of health:
Food 🍌🥦🍎 Eat wholefoods, don’t eat too much processed crap, keep your portions in check, follow some great recipes and don’t count calories. Eat cake 🍰 at birthdays and enjoy a glass of wine 🍷 with friends but just do it in moderation.
Exercise 🏃♀️ 🏋️♀️ Just turn up to the gym or go for a walk. I just do what I enjoy and I burn some calories in the process.
Supplements: 30 Fruit, Veg and Berries a day plus Omegas. Natural plant based ingredients I can understand. No more trial and error roaming the vitamin aisle at the chemist. Even my 4 year old knows fruit and veg is good for you so why do we make it complicated!
