No wonder I felt like I was getting pinched and would get stuck, those are not small. I am kind of shocked by how big they are! I am so happy to have them out. I'm grateful for everything they did to help the joints fuse, but they won't be missed! While I wouldn't wish my back journey on anyone, I am so grateful for it. It hasn't been easy, and I am sure it's not over, but it has helped me become who I am now and I like who I am now. I am grateful for this trial, and I will continue to be. Taking it easy this week. Also I decided 2 incorporate rack pull (partial deadlift) into my routine. First week trying it out and see how it goes. I do need 2 work on my lock out. I’ve been having on going struggles with my back since my crash in 2015! I never really focused on getting it strong and back to where it was! Lately it’s all I’ve been working on as it’s been affecting me daily on and off the dirt bike! The first video is me trying to do a simple exercise and I was struggling to hold and control my muscles and after a few weeks of activating my core again and lower/upper back muscles and shoulder muscles I was able to control such a simple task, little things like this make me happy and drive me to improve 🤙🏽 went from barely doing 1 to now running 3 sets of 10!

I think more and more these so called fitness professionals are intently trying to hurt people. I admit rolling out far on this anti-extension exercise looks cool, but in reality it is just placing a huge strain on the lumbar spine. 🔹 Also rolling out too far causes in excessive stretch to abdominal wall and can lead to dysfunction in body mechanics. Not only in this exercise but other lifts like squats, lunges etc.
To perform this exercise the RIGHT WAY you want to keep the hips high, while resisting the extension forces and keeping a neutral spine through range of motion which is not a big as you see above 👆🏽 ouch!!
