In the beginning of my fitness journey, I starved myself and went on ridiculous diets that guaranteed 10 pounds lost in 1 week! As I educated myself in science of exercise and nutrition I realized how stupid that all was! Yo-yo diets do not work! Starving yourself does not work! 10 pounds of fat lost in 1 week is unsafe and should be avoided! Remember food is your friend! Start eating right and exercise properly you will see results you want! I have finally found a balance diet that helps me achieve semi-visible abs and allows me to eat Pad-Thai every week! (Because I Will Never Give Up Noodles! It’s in my blood!)
Pot fillers at the stove are thu kind of feng shui faux pas thut'll kill intimacy and bring infidelity. Stop. If they can't chop wood, carry water from the sink to thu stove 3x a week their kitchen is too big and they are most certainly anti-social and will be forced to thu reservation. Or, they eat too much store bought pasta. Just wanted u to know before u close on that channel deal and subject millions to this fate.
