You can call these whatever you want but single leg donkey kicks felt right to me 🤷🏻‍♀️ ▪️These suckers are like a BOGO deal: ya got ankle stability, quad control, hip control, core control, some active hip extension/external rotation, AND single leg balance. 😯🤯▪️ Think “push back and out” with the moving leg. You can do this for time, AMRAP, for 10-12 controlled diaphragmatic breaths, or just see what feels good. Play with it! Also really beneficial to do on both sides. ▪️May find out some asymmetries along the way 👍🏼
