I am curious! What would you say is the factor that stops you from reaching your fitness goals:
a) cost of membership
b) no time
c) tried dieting...lose weight only to gain it back again...been there done that
d) cost of equipment
e) physical injury
f) lose interest in doing the same thing over and over again
