Has anyone heard of the concept of the “Last 90 Days”?? 9️⃣0️⃣ I just heard about it today and I want so badly to make this happen in my life!!🤩 The concept is that you finish out the year, the last 90 days, as STRONG as you start out the year!!💪🏻🙌🏻👍🏻 I know for a FACT that about Halloween time🍁 and beyond, my nutrition, fitness and overall health goes DOWNHILL!! That’s because we have ALL the holidays! 🎃☃️🎅🏻And I can’t possibly say NO at the holidays!! So insert ALL the Halloween candy, Thanksgiving dinners, pumpkin pie everything, cookie baking days, AND THEN THERE’S CHRISTMAS!! GAH!! It’s like we were made to be sabotaged during these last 90 days of the year! No WONDER people like to “reset” after the New Year!😳😳😳 But did you realize that if you are slacking on the last 90 days of the year then you are slacking for a QUARTER of the WHOLE year!! 😳Doesn’t seem like a lot when you first think about it, but when you put it into this kind of perspective, it sounds HORRIBLE!!😫 So this year let’s do it differently!! I want to make my last 90 days, JUST AS GOOD, as the first 90 days of the year!! Todays workout was a 50/50 combo of Chest & Tri's with HIIT (cardio).

& YAY! my trick back cooperated!!!🎉 .
Its not totally better, but all the stretching & foam rolling, ice/heat, & chiropractic visits are WORKING!!!🙆‍♀️

I will say i lost a bit of my endurance by taking time off, but i know ill get it back!💪

Ive also gotten a little fluffy...🙄 with all the laying on the floor watching tv & SNACKING!😏🤦‍♀️

But im just glad im able to workout. I know i can trim down.😉💪 Keeping my fingers crossed that my back continues to improve.🤞

As a Coach/ Programmer, I am a strong believer in actually DOING the workouts that I write up for my classes. Our members see me suffer through it just like they do. The goal I have in every workout is the same, do not give up. As a younger athlete sometimes I would bite off more than I could chew, but I learned. My mentality has changed a lot, and now I see the big picture. I am not a professional athlete. I do not get paid to workout/ train. But I DO program for over 100 members on a daily basis. So I owe it to them to show that although we may not be “going to the games” we owe it to OURSELVES to give it our best. The only person that we are quitting on is ourselves. Sure some workouts are going to be a lot worse than others, but the mental will always outweigh the physical. My gym partner and I have some exciting news to share!! Gym partner, aka Turkey ;) Our next (yes our, lol!) online bootcamp is focused on tips and tricks to get you through the holidays AND make progress towards your health and wellness goals.

I have struggled with yoyo dieting and binge eating (something I have told to maybe 3 people btw) for YEARS....and I was the WORST over the holidays. I would let them be an excuse to wait until January to start working towards weight loss.
But friends that is a LONG time to put something off! I mean 3 months, 15 weeks!!! Well after so many years of struggling with my fitness and health throughout October, November and December I have learned a lot about how to maintain and even LOSE weight during this time!!! I've learned a lot from experience, from my clients when I was a trainer, from my trainer, from trainers I look up to....and I want to share everything!!!! We'll (this time WE is my friend Nicole and I) also be sharing new recipes and offering personal support to every person in our group.
For some of you that could mean you're at a restaurant and can't decide which is the best choice to stay on plan....so you text us for advice. For others, just having us to keep you accountable could be what you need.
