A lot of times I hear people complaining about 'I didn't lose weight the last week' or 'I didn't gain muscle over the last few days' etc.!
However to be able to see the bigger picture you can't be in the frame! Means you gotta look at where you've come from, where you're at right now and where you're going to be! This forms the bigger picture and every single time I say this to one of my clients, they suddenly turn around and say 'Wow, I have actually lost XYZ lbs over the last four weeks' etc. 😊
