So... 5.5 weeks out and most compound lifts fell by 5% in load but everything else went up by 5%.
Seems like a fair offset to me 😉
RDL dropped from 200kg to 180kg to focus on contractions; even though I did 1 set for 200kg, 180kg still had better contractions.
At this far out until comp all I care about now is contractions and focus.
But my dumbell presses went up today fron last weeks 57.5kg to 60kg for a full ROM set of 5 reps × 5 sets (not to mention it is a superset right after the 180kg RDLs 😉)
