Moday Motivation ⭐. When i heard him say the N word i didnt know what to think. Call it niave and stupid of me but that doesnt belong in my dictionary or carscene. No not that word lol wtf try Narcissistic its not in my scene as said but its rife far more common in the health, fitness and bodybuilding scene. Look at most of the people you follow and like on social media is it another dude shirtless photo showing his gains with some bs quote of the day or maybe some fitness bunny with her ass plastered everywhere. What you post and do is your business but after hearing Lucky say and mention the word narcissistic and then @thien_is_cool talk about it also. Its a good thing to be aware and mindful of cause you aint Gods gift to be men or women plz. Now with that said some people want it to happen, some wish it would happen, others make it happen thats why the most anticipated comeback in 2018 is none other than @lucky_hatzipantelis. After having a whole emotional breakdown on Monday and getting all depressed and shit. It's good to see my lifts peaking to as if I never dieted down in the first place.

140kg Γ— 5 (cause @rookiewelder popped up of no where and scared me into repping it πŸ˜‚)
142.5kg Γ— 4
145kg Γ— 2.5? (1st time dying on a bench in ages but @gotsauss giving me some words of motivation right at the end πŸ˜‰)

Felt motivated to try to do 140kg in ages since @izzy_fit1 showed up in the gym this morning 😁
Managed to get in a solid 3 reps still not bad since it's 1.8 times my body weight now πŸ˜‚ @ 5 weeks out no less πŸ˜†

Prepping for a bodybuilding show with some powerlifting strength 🀣

Always a good training day when @gotsauss and @burgersbarbells watch you on and count your reps and peer pressure you into repping πŸ˜‚
5 weeks out and still hitting 660kg for 5. Aiming for depth and full muscle contraction this far out into comp.

On a side note:
I usually always train alone alone if not 99% of the time. But recently been training earlier just to see my Doherty's AM fam; especially in prep when you have shit days and good days that training with like minded and supportive people that you really are able to push through and
have a good sesh!
I wouldn't been able to rep out as much or get a good form check without these guys!
Truly appreciate all the support they have given me throughout this year's prep ❀❀❀

So... 5.5 weeks out and most compound lifts fell by 5% in load but everything else went up by 5%.
Seems like a fair offset to me πŸ˜‰

RDL dropped from 200kg to 180kg to focus on contractions; even though I did 1 set for 200kg, 180kg still had better contractions.
At this far out until comp all I care about now is contractions and focus.

But my dumbell presses went up today fron last weeks 57.5kg to 60kg for a full ROM set of 5 reps Γ— 5 sets (not to mention it is a superset right after the 180kg RDLs πŸ˜‰)

6.5 Weeks Out!

Starting to feel tired now on a daily basis. Strength is up and down lately as well. πŸ˜”
But starting to look ridiculously shredded too haha veins in places I never gotten them beforeπŸ˜€

Still this by far my most relaxing prep overall πŸ˜‚
Cals are decent but still losing weight which is great 😁😁

Well... at 7 weeks out strength is starting to fall a bit by about 2.5-5% on compound lifts but isolation lifts have been increasing by same amount.

Used to be able to hit out 180kg for 6 reps 2 weeks ago but only managed to get 170kg for 4 reps today. At least it was deep 😁
*Supersetting Squats and Chins really takes a lot out of you 😧

When that lighting is on point and the new shoes and socks make your calves 50% bigger... Oh and my waist decided to shrink below 23.5" too πŸ€£πŸ˜‚
