Phase 2. Week 1. Day 3.
This new phase almost feels like a fresh start to me. It means another CHANGE and I love ❤️ change! It also means that I am already well into this program and if I want to SEE results I will have to work a lot harder. I already FEEL the good this program is doing for my core strength but if I'm being honest, I want to be able to SHOW it too.
Here's to the next 50 something days of clean eating and sweaty workouts!
