Hi, All! This time of year is the best for hibernating and getting amazing sleep! Studies have suggested that there is a correlation between sleep deprivation and the risk of getting PTSD. I would be overstepping to say there is a cause and effect relationship.⠀

Giving Doc Parsley's Sleep Remedy a shot. A lot of people have difficulty sleeping due to stress, health, poor sleep hygiene, etc. On top of that, shift work can cause dysfunctional sleep patterns for firefighters, LEO, paramedics, EMTs, doctors, nurses, military and many more. Often, we try to solve the problem by having a couple adult bevvies. Although I do enjoy myself a double Pendleton neat or a glass (or three) of red wine, they actually prevent us from getting into the restorative sleep patterns

Sleep Tip: Try this. Set a bedtime alarm. When that buzzer rings shut down your day. Turn lights and electronics off and ban them from the bedroom. Put on your pajamas. Take a bubble path. Listen to a few records. Meditate. Drink some herbal tea, etc.⠀
