Studies have suggested that there is a correlation between sleep deprivation and the risk of getting PTSD. I would be overstepping to say there is a cause and effect relationship.β €

Giving Doc Parsley's Sleep Remedy a shot. A lot of people have difficulty sleeping due to stress, health, poor sleep hygiene, etc. On top of that, shift work can cause dysfunctional sleep patterns for firefighters, LEO, paramedics, EMTs, doctors, nurses, military and many more.
