TGIF! Sharing the circuit I did today after squash. The lesser number of reps made me more aware of form and also made the workout more palatable 😅
10 jumping jacks
8 plank jacks
8 elbow plank arm lifts
10 reverse lunges
6 push-ups
10 squats
16 climbers
8 froggers
30s plank
(3sets for lvl1, 5 sets for lvl2, 7 sets for lvl3 - I did lvl1, just about under 5mins per set)

You can tell I need to practice my Single Leg Squats! They are a great exercise to train balance@and@strengthen the lower leg including the ankles and gluts. Once your stability is improved add weight! Endurance = 15-20 X's each leg.

3 ❇️General Low Body Warm Up Moves❇️⠀

Just 3 basic moves I do before low body stuff, or just as part of an overall warmup because the legs are huge so we get a lot of system "effect" from low body moves.⠀

Body Weight Squat (all of legs but especially quads)⠀
Hip Hinge (focus on the back of legs)⠀
Hinge to Squat (combo move!)⠀

I do anywhere from 8-16 of these (to 🎶 ), however much I need to feel warmed up!⠀

25-Minute Bosu WORKOUT: Perform 3-5 Rounds. No rest between exercises. Minimize rest between sets. --> (link in profile)
