Almost 3 years ago I attended my first coaching workshop.
After years of reading Wayne Dyer, Rhonda Byrne and Jack Canfield, I got my first hit of transformational coaching and I was hooked.
A few months later I invested in a coaching programme with one of my incredible mentors (I am still on this programme) and I have since gone on to do an in person coaching workshop with.
My limiting beliefs, ineffective patterns and stories of 'the ways things were and always would be' began to fade away.
Still, I stretched, I invested and I expanded-even travelling overseas for coaching workshops.
Gaining more awareness, having the ability to view my thoughts, beliefs and emotions more objectively was a game changer for me.
NOT being a victim of my story, my circumstances, my inner critic, my upbringing, but making the (often at the time, very confronting) choice to take 100% responsibly for EVERYTHINg in my life.
Coaching has facilitated a massive upgrade in me and my life. I has been one of the most supportive, empowering, expansive and worthwhile journeys I've ever been on.
So for me, becoming a coach was an easy choice!
Supporting people to take control of their lives, to powerfully guide and stretch them? ✔️ Yes please!
Have the skills to create programmes which offer people the right support, system and accountability to take their health, confidence, worthy-o-meter, dreams and desires to the next level? ✔️ I'm ALL in!
Do you need a coach? No way!
You are already whole, perfect and complete. You are not broken, There is nothing to fix, repair or heal.
Do YOU believe that though? Sometimes we forget and lose sight of this. Sometimes we ARE fed up with living a life we aren't proud of, we are fed up when we are not growing and putting any action into achieving our goals.
I don't want to die with my music still inside me. (As Wayne Dyer would have said)
If I hadn't invested in coaching I would not be living the life I am now, having overcome so much, healed so much within me, conquered so many fears, achieved awesome results and always be on the journey of stretching and expansion
