Admin speaks: Tifa
Okay since I don't have anything to post and any inspiration (I'm pretty down for it ugh) I wanna take advantage to post this and talk about a thing that always has... annoyed me. Everyone at first sight think that Aerith is the girly girl and that Tifa is the tomboy because of their clothes or manners. But it is not true. It is the opposite. Aerith is a funny girl, tomboy, with no sense of the shyness. Tifa is the demure and insecure girl that never speaks what she's thinking or feeling because she believes that everyone is more important than her. She cares too much, fights too much but in the end she loses herself for helping everyone but her. I hate when people draw her like a man, with big muscles or squared shapes. Goddamit look at her in AC or in the Dissidia's games. She is such a porcelain doll with slim yet toned body. Toned, not like a man. She has the curves of a woman, the round lines that do her body are just beautiful and girly girl. I already said it but she is like a doll, with those big and expressive, honey eyes (I love them too much, I could stare at them for hours to then writte an essay. No kidding), small mouth but thick pink lips, a little red on her cheeks, long and black eyelashes, slim brows and perfect nose. Her skin is pale, not tanned. Her face has a triangular shape not squared or round. Tifa is not like a man in looks neither in way to act or thing or whatever. Girls like Paine, Lightning or Aranea are more of that type even if they look totally like females. But Tifa... oh well Tifa is not a girl, she IS the girl. And I do not like how many missunderstood and think about her, draw her or make things with her like she's a man. And no. Tifa's the perfect girl desgined by Tabata, who once said that he just made her attending to his views of the perfect woman. She has powerful habilities and can kick everyone's asses but that doesn't mean she is a male or have a man's features. And plus, deep inside of her she is afraid, she suffers and cries and she has to face all of that almost alone.
