This past weekend I had the opportunity to be a vendor at @handmadeatthevillage's event. It brought together an outstanding group of SoCal makers and honestly, I'm still blown away. I've co-owned a small business with my family for seven years now and used to sell at events like these regularly, but this was my first time at one as Grim Grinning Gear, only selling my products. What a treat it was! Not only getting to meet so many fellow creators/makers that I've followed for ages but to see maker pals I've gotten to know through Disney meetups and such all under one roof was the bee's knees. And getting to meet so many of my followers/customers! Absolutely incredible. It was such a positive environment ♥. This pic shows my bounty from the event- prints from @mattabie (color me OBSESSED ♥♥♥), bows from @shemakesglamour, @diamondcrustshine and @desertrosebowtique and brooches from @femmedebloom. A HUGE thanks to all involved in making this event a major success! Like the song says, when can we do this again?!
