Good morning. Umm, I make a cute rainbow cat, don't I? Hahah.
Last night I didn't get to bed until 10😩, and I planned on waking up early to get my workout in so I could enjoy plans after work tonight. I woke up with my foot throbbing, but decided not to let that deter me. (Who knew a tiny piece of glass could cause so much pain and frustration?!) I got in my quick workout, took a look at and cleaned my foot, then I DID THE DISHES.
I hate doing the dishes (they never fucking end), but it's honestly not as bad when it's quiet, uninterrupted, your listening to your podcast, and the weight of the day isn't on you. It seems more like a productive thing to make my life better than a chore that has to be done because the sink is full.
Who knew one small change to prioritize my health and fitness could also lead to a cleaner house? Which will undoubted lead to a happier me!
