Making time to meditate 3x/day for the past 7 days started off as a challenge and ended up as a lifesaver🙏. With so much going on in my life, I've been feeling over-worked and disconnected. And, of course when I get stressed, I soothe myself with online shopping instead of inner soul searching 😉😳 Thanks to this week's @unplugmeditation challenge, I'm—literally and figuratively—taking a deep breathe, dealing with what needs to be dealt with, and relaxing my expectations. No more beating myself up over an unfocused mind and things out of my control. It really is true what they say, "You should sit in meditation for 20 minutes a day, unless you're busy then you should sit for an hour."
