☑️I'm bulking . What is it with you? 😂 ☑️Leave the joke out..Here is where i stand 6.5kg heavier 13lbs . 78 to 84.5 kg and this is just the start ☑️Started to bulk 10weeks ago .. Haven't done this the right way before and know put all my acknowledgement into it and trusting the process .. ☑️Don't want to gain size to quick as will gain more fat .. ☑️Your muscle can only gain 1kg or 2lbs per month so if your surplus is higher than 4-500calories than maintaining you will add a lot of fat as well .. Doing it with a 300calories surplus will make the cutting process easier and more enjoyable as ..
