When people donate their skills and expertise and produce something that far-exceeds anything you could have ever imagined, it’s humbling, exciting, and an enormous sense of relief. @newfangledstudios and it’s Founder/Director Macaela Vandermost did just that. They caught wind of Waypoint’s mission and did what no one else had ever been able to do – they told the Waypoint story through film…perfectly!
Newfangled produced our first ever 1-minute promo video back in 2013 and since then has produced videos for our website that describe our partnerships with schools, families, social service agencies, and they’re currently working on a 4-video series that will highlight each of our areas of impact: Sense of Belonging, Self-Esteem, Self-Efficacy, and Emerging Skills. EVERY video has been extremely generously discounted – making them fit into Waypoint’s budget. We couldn’t be more grateful for the leadership, vision, and passion from Macaela and the Newfangled team. Check out www.newfangledstudios.com and peruse their videos for Google, Bank of America, Staples, Fidelity, and more!
Check out a preview of this latest Waypoint video which, once again, captures a major impact area from Waypoint programs – Belonging. Cool Fact: This video won Bronze at the #hatchawards(Greater Boston advertising excellence awards)! Check out the whole video by visiting link in our profile! We can’t thank you enough Macaela, Dustin, Jenna, Alison, Steve, and Harry! Happy #WaypointNovemberofThanks!
