I would have thought this was obvious but I've read dozens of posts by people saying they eat them pre and post workout. #poptarts are NOT anabolic, I don't care what your macro coach says.
I'm not being judgemental I'm being honest.
Unless you have an insane metabolism, live on clen and tren and do more cardio than I dare dream about you won't get anything but fat from pop tarts.
Oh same goes for donuts...sorry!
