So this was a No Go for me and my knees. I managed to get through the "breakdown" of the moves, but when I tried the actual Country Swing session I was in barely 10 minutes and I had to stop bc my knees started hurting. They are still throbbing actually 😭
Maybe that's why I'm sad all of a sudden bc I really thought if I just stuck with the modified moves I would be able to do it.
All well. A glass of wine 🍷 tonight while I ice my knees and back to Piyo tomorrow bc I know my knees can handle that 👍🦋😎
