Malzeme: 1 bağ semizotu (yabani olan) 3-4 yemek kaşığı sıvıyağ 1 iri kuru soğan (yemeklik doğranmış) 2 iri diş sarmısak (ince ince kesilmiş) 2 iri domates (kabuğu soyulup küp küp) 1 yemek kaşığı pirinç Tuz Yarım su bardağı sıcak su Üzerine az pulbiber (servis edilince)
Hazırlama: Yağda yemeklik doğranmış soğanlar ve ince ince kesilmiş sarmısaklar sotelenir. Domatesler ve tuz eklenip biraz çevrilir. Semizotu eklenip karıştırılır. Su ve pirinç eklenip, karıştırılıp ocağın en büyük gözünde kısık ateşte 20dk pişirilir. Afiyetler olsun.
Hello #igers, good morning to those who have started their day just now and wishes to have a great sleep to those who have finished their day. 😀 This may be either your breakfast plate or dinner plate now, but this was my lunch plate yesterday.😜 Yesterday after that Idli breakfast I posted, cooked a non veg meal for others while marinated some paneer and planned to prepare some tikka masala and fried egg with basmati rice for me. But completely exhausted after finishing the non veg meal and almost no energy to do anything for me. Served the food for others and fell on the bed with almost tears in my eyes because of hunger. The culprit was the gym workout done yesterdau. Though it was a simple workout plan, the shifting from pool to gym after a long period sucked my energy. Being helpless simply rolled down my fingers in IG to gather some energy. Then that pic came to rescue me....that's the same peas paneer stuffed paratha shared by @cookinacurry which rescued me all my courage to start again. Rocketed to the kitchen and prepare this peas paneer stuffed paratha and grilled paneer within the next half an hour and finished my lunch at 4 pm.😂 So...this is the best of the #instagram that brings the best of you. 😂 I must thank @cookinacurry for sharing such a wonderful picture which motivated me to cook and eat healthy and tasty. The recipe was adopted from @archanaskitchen with slight modifications according to my taste. Such a wonderful recipe it was. The parathas went well with grilled paneer, yogurt and some honey (to indulge my sweet tooth).
