Breakfast: Coconut overnight oats with yoghurt, coconut soaked chia, berries and honey.
Lunch: Leftover turkey bolognese with beetroot salad.
Snacks: Homemade Choccy popcorn bar, apple, cottage cheese and ryvita. Homemade fruit, nut and seed bread with coconut and almond butter, chia jam.
After tennis glass of wine, crisps, hummous.
Late night snacks: Cottage cheese and cucumber on ryvita, yoghurt, nuts, honey and choc peanut butter.
