My #1 tip to stay on track with healthy eating is PREPARATION! I always say it because it couldn’t be more true! When you're prepared, you wont be as likely to grab those unhealthy convenience options when life gets busy. Take 2-3 hours, one day a week to prepare food to have on hand. I like to cut veggies and cook up a few things I can throw into bowls for the week.
