Now this is what I call #DINNA, baby!🍽🥗🐟🌱 I am asked all the time, "How do eat so healthy all the time?", or "Don't you get cravings?", or people say "but eating healthy doesn't taste good..." Well, eating this way doesn't have to be bland, tasteless or "gross." Through preparation techniques, spices, herbs, variety, and AMAZING combinations, ANYONE can find their own way to quit the junk and start the REAL food and GOOD stuff! Because of this, I don't crave because there is nothing to crave! My sweet tooth is satisfied by fruit, my addiction is healthy 1-ingredient peanut butter, and my body feels incredible after my meals. But make sure you know it does take time and practice, but nothing can be more worth it. You have to TRULY WANT IT. After eating so clean for so long, I tried the old stuff again, and I was disappointed because I received no satisfaction and ended up liking the taste of the REAL natural stuff better.
