INGREDIENTS (Proportions entirely up to the chef themselves)
Five spice powder
Chopped Spring onion,
Light and Dark Soy sauce
Brown sugar or a can of coca cola
White wine or beer,
-Add some sunflower oil, fry the pork ribs until it changes colour. Then take them out.
- Fry the Julienne ginger, red chillis and spring onions separately until you get an aroma. Add pork ribs and five spices to this now.
-Add a can beer or half a bottle of wine
-Add four teaspoons of sugar or the whole can of coke and then add the soy sauces.
-Slow cook for an hour and a half, until there is no soup in the pot. Only a brown sticky sauce should be left with the pork ribs.
-Garnish with spring onions and ready to serve🍴🤤 •
