Little junk in your trunk😜👏 lol i don't do squats except to pick up kids toys, feed chickens, or actual functional squats. Being functionally strong and healthy is what's important to me. I feel like a lot of times we go one way or another. Just plain lazy, or obsessed with fitness. There is a happy medium. People fail to realize that these days and it's a big part of why someone looks at me and thinks I'm unhealthy. There are a lot of women my size that are very strong, eat very well, we are not all ment to be twigs. We are ment to have hips and thighs and sometimes that comes with cellulite, that isn't a sign of sloth, it's a sign of fucking genetics and womanhood. I soooo advocate for a broader understanding of what healthy bodies look like.👏 😊I've done the whole gym 5 days a week thing with a trainer, did triathlons, my body didn't look much different than is does now, if at all. Some of us have this junk in our trunks, it's here to stay, and it's ok.
