The Dilmah Tea Inspired Awards in Singapore crowns its tea champions for crafting a 21st century experience in tea gastronomy
The tea inspired revolution of taste and natural goodness, changing Singapore’s café and restaurant culture for the 21st century with tea gastronomy, concluded on 31st July 2017 after debuting on 1st June 2017. 30 cafés and restaurants in Singapore showcased specially curated tea inspired menus with Dilmah tea infused savouries, desserts, iced teas, mocktails and cocktails for 60 days, with the help of a special mentoring panel. The menus were open for customers to enjoy a whole new tea experience, and engage with the competing outlets through voting.
