Today I'm doing my body some good. After the 4th of July, BBQs, and birthdays I'm feeling bloated and lacking energy.
So today I am flooding my body with nutrients like Aloe Vera, turmeric, peppermint, bilberry, ashwagandha, purple carrot, and licorice extract. All of these nutrients nourish my body while allowing my digestion to take a much needed break and help my body get rid of toxic fat.
