Tonight's cardio session. Do the cardio that works for you - it probably isn't incline walking on a treadmill like the pros. For me, it's a strong pace on the elliptical averaging 120 calories per 10 minutes. I'll do intervals on the StairMaster towards the very end to get the last bit off but that's it.
