New conditioning compilation from last night. First pic is just getting to gym, not a single rep done - just a great carb pump! Really nailed my carb up this weekend and it brought me to a new level of conditioning - starting to see those veins that wrap horizontally around the outside of upper arms which I've never had before. Weighed a carbed up 202lbs. last night and guessing body fat around 6.5%. First thing this morning. The most flat, depleted point of the week, but so proud of this great physique I've built. This is not the product of the last 16 weeks of dieting - it's the product of 7+ years of this as a lifestyle, trial and error, constant refining of diet and exercise techniques, etc. Nobody can learn your body like you can and that's key to achieving your best possible results. Don't compare yourself to others - genetics alone make that meaningless. Only compare to yourself - as long as you're improving over what you've done before, you're on the right track. Happy for #flexfriday with the best #conditioning I've ever had! Last night I finally hit 196lbs., the same weight I had a Dexa at in August 2016, but clearly at a lower body fat and with 4-5lbs. more muscle. I've dieted harder in the past month than ever before, restricted my cheat meals, and put in way more cardio than I ever thought I'd do. The past 10 days every workout has taken longer to get through. Its the most drained I've ever been in the gym and I've had to really push just to get going on that first exercise. But accomplishing my goal of less fat and more muscle over the year makes it all worth it. #hardwork and #consistency are the only 'secrets' to achieving something like this. You don't know what you're truly capable of until you push outside the comfort zone.
