Repost from @citramapu0822 using @RepostRegramApp - Alhamdulillah .. terlewati selama 1 minggu yey 👏 . Kalo awalnya sdh niat, pasti hasilnya menyenangkan . Awalnya memang maunya nurunin BB karena BB naik jadi 52 kg 😨 makanan favorite yang bikin BB naik terpaksa harus dijauhi dulu . Dan rasanya kyk hadapi cobaan liat teman2 makannya yg enak2 , dan saya harus menahan selera makan yg berlebihan demi nurunin BB 😂 dan Alhamdulillah setelah jalani diet selama 7 hari BB turun jadi 47kg 😍 tidak sia sia kan 👏 nah , diet yg berhasil nurunin BB saya namanya DIET GM . Pasti banyak yang bertanya2 kok citra Snapgramnya GM day 1 , GM day 2, dst.. penasaran kaan 😁. Iyaa selama 7 hari saya jalani diet GM . Apa saja sih menu diet GM ?
Hari 1 : cuma bisa makan buah terserah apa saja tapi dianjurkan makan semangka, dan melon, kecuali pisang yah (kalo saya makannya semangka,pepaya,dan melon)

Hari 2 : cuma bisa makan sayur boleh di buat gado2 (bumbu kacangnya sedikit sj)bisa ditumis, dan direbus. (Kalo saya sih lebih suka direbus) .

Hari 3 : hari ke 3 hanya bisa makan sayur dan buah-buahan terkecuali pisang. .
Hari 4 : nahh hari ini waktunya makan pisang 8 buah (8 pisang saja tidak boleh lebih) dan susu low fat (3gelas) .
Hari 5 : daging(500gr)/ikan/ayam (bisa juga diganti tahu tempe dan telur) dan tomat 😁

Hari 6 : daging(500gr)/ikan/ayam dan sayur-sayuran .
Hari 7 : hari yang ditunggu2 😁 hari ke 7 lengkap nih, bisa makan nasi (nasi merah) , sayur dan buah-buahan (dijus jg boleh)
Yuk. Yang mau nurunin badan hanya 7 hari bisa dicoba nih. Dan saya hanya seminggu bisa turun sampe 5kg kembali ke BB yang ideal 😍 alhamdulillah yah 😊 (dietnya sambil olahraga juga yah . hidup sehat sambil diet sehat ☺️) #diet #dietmenu #dietgm #1weekdiet #dietprogram

One thing before I get into explaining how this works:

The images in the right are misleading if you read into them too much. I'm not saying you'll look like either of these if you follow each calorie diets on either side of this spectrum.

What I am saying is you will, very likely, be leaner, healthier, less stressed, and get stronger with a more consistent diet -- especially if what you've been doing is restricting and binging.

Assume here the calories are set to maintenance, so week after week you're ending up at normal.
-
You spend 4 or 5 days a week restricting on a diet some celebrity told you to do but then hit the restaurants, bars, parties -- and maybe even head home and dig in some more behind the scenes.
-
What you're doing is spending most of your time in stress, with low calories and crappier workouts. Believe it or not this CAN work over a short term, as long as you're carrying that will power into the weekends and not binging it off.

And key word: short-term.

I just think if you've tried these over-restrictive diets that SHOULD result in progress but you're not seeing it (because you're binging back), you need to take a step back and realize that 300-600 cals extra during the week days could save you thousands over the weekend.

And the hangovers and heartaches you experience as a result of losing control.

To keep things simple we're just gonna say the body can breakdown muscle and fat for energy (it can do more but let's keep it simple).

When you eat less calories than your body needs for energy, your body must get the energy off your body.

That's weight loss.

If you aren't careful, your weight loss will mostly be muscle.

If you lose as much muscle as fat, you aren't getting leaner, toned or more defined.

You'll just be getting smaller, weaker and maybe even skinny fat.

Now, with protein and strength training - *while* getting calories down - you keep muscle, maybe add some, while losing fat.
