В моем случае единственная по-настоящему действенная и надёжная диета - это зашить рот... при чем, в данном случае, в прямом смысле этого слова 🙈😂 10 дней назад, удалив последний зуб мудрости (с акцентом на последний!) и наложив швы, моим лучшим другом на эти дни стала мадам броколли 🥦🥦🥦, смузи из бананчиков и миндальным молоком и даже детское питание 🍼😂
❌нет:
-мясу- естественно, даже при большом желании жевать что-либо в первые дни, это из области мазохизма
-молочке(молочные бактерии способствуют развитию воспаления)- за молоком и йогуртами вообще не страдала, а вот за сыром- ещё как!!!
-сладкому- по той же причине
- фруктам- раздражают слизистую (увы и ах, окончание сезона клубники успешно пропустила) - это самое здоровое, от чего пришлось отказаться, но, надеюсь, до конца лета ещё восполню утраченные запасы 😄
- кофе и все мелкозернистые и т д продукты из-за возможности застревание в ране.
-алкоголю
✔️Результат такого воздержания: -4кг за 10 дней, ощущение легкости и большего количества энергии, свежий цвет лица и чистая кожа (несмотря на большое количество выпитых обезболивающих и разных медикаментов в первые дни) и, кажется, таки сменившиеся вкусовые восприятия- слюнки текут, думая, о зелени и сочных овощах, а не о жирном куске мяса...
Честно, всерьёз задумываюсь о полном, ну или практически полном веганстве, хоть уже давно стараюсь есть меньше животных продуктов по гуманистическим причинам.
Когда результат на лицо и на лице, мотивация сама собой даёт волшебный пендель 😉
Интересно, а как у вас обстоят дела с пищей животного происхождения? Что может заставить от неё отказаться? И какие перемены в себе заметили с момента отказа?

Doesn’t that make you mad? I mean, I understand that yeah, Instagram is supposed to be a highlight reel, but that does NOT mean that you should be blatantly LYING to your followers. And unfortunately, the food/nutrition/health industry is mostly to blame here.

There are plenty of accounts that post perfectly curated pictures and delicious recipes and tout how AMAZING they are, but their posters DO NOT EAT THE FOOD. 🤯 I know. Mind blown.

I know I can’t prove anything to you guys, but I swear, I eat EVERYTHING that I post on here. Maybe not all of it at once -- I ended up just having two slices of this DELICIOUS Forager pizza (with garlic cream, local mushrooms, ricotta, local honey, and appenzeller swiss 😋) and half of this S’mores jar dessert (layers of graham crackers, salted chocolate mousse, and house-made vanilla marshmallow fluff) because that’s what satisfied me (and I was forced to share the dessert with my boyfriend 😉) I also had a few bites of his dinner, as well as two glasses of rosé 😍
.
And due to a bussing mix-up, I actually ended up with another full size pizza that my boyfriend and I split for lunches the next few days. 😋
.
Sure, this isn’t ‘health’ food, but remember: Health looks different for EVERYONE. 👏🏼 You need to figure out what foods bring you joy, and make you feel good.

But no matter what, trust that I EAT what I say I eat, without fail 😝

The latissiumus dorsi muscles running from underneath your arms down to your lower back are the main movers, with key assistance from the rhomboids and trapezius.

This is a great exercise to build up your back, this exercise also brings in stability as we need to engage our core to keep balance🙋🏻‍♀️ As well as bringing a huge amount of stabilisation from our rotator cuff muscles.

When doing the row make sure to keep one foot on the floor and one on the bench normally opposite leg to the hand you have the Dumbbell in☺️ Keep your head neutral and core tight!

Quick tip to try: When doing the dumbell row instead of lowering it down lower the Dumbbell infront of you as this will engage your lats when we come back up into the concentric movement💪🏻

🤽🏽‍♂️I haven’t shared shirtless pics before today because I believe it puts our focus on the wrong things. Health is A LOT more than aesthetics. As someone who obsessively chased abs, trust me. Abs DO NOT necessarily make you healthier.

💪🏽On that obsessive quest to look good naked, it’s easy to take shortcuts. You want to reach your goal more than anything so you’ll do anything. That person was me🙍🏽‍♂️

💔Most journeys start with a catalyst. Mine, a breakup. I went from left pic to middle pic in a few months.

HERE’S HOW I LOST 50 POUNDS:
✅Caloric deficit
✅Consistent exercise
✅Portion control

Sounds good looks better right? Here’s a deeper look:
🚫Exercised intensely EVERY DAY w/ no recovery
🚫Slept 4-5hrs nightly - sometimes exercise at 2am and wake up at 7am
🚫Ate 2000 calories/day. No thought to what my body ACTUALLY needed
🚫Ate exclusively processed foods. Calorie counting is easier with labels so my diet consisted of protein shakes, frozen meals, and
🚫Booze. I often was “drunkorexic”. I knew I was gonna drink, so to keep my caloric deficit I’d eat less, replacing food with booze

🤢Sure I lost 50 pounds and THOUGHT I looked good. But I felt like sh*t. Injuries, mood swings, no energy, mental issues, how I functioned was a miracle.

💁🏽‍♂️The picture to the right is from 10 months ago. The middle and right photos show the result of RESTRICTIVE EATING and CONSISTENT EXERCISE, but the right photo shows the result of DOING IT THE RIGHT WAY. •
My point is 2-fold
1️⃣don’t obsess over how low you can get the number on the scale. It’ll cause more harm than good
2️⃣Appearances can be deceiving. Skinny doesn’t mean healthy. Reach your goals the RIGHT way. It’ll take longer, but it will be sustainable and won’t come with other issues
