It's topped with herbs, seasonings & virtually calorie free Chilli dressing (be wary of hidden calories in dressings!) 👈🏻 On the right we've got a tiny sandwich
2 slices of white bread
A tin of tuna
Mixed with full fat Mayo
Far lower in nutrients but amounting to the same calories & less likely to keep you feeling fuller for longer.

When dieting, volume foods are SO important but not only that,
You NEEED micronutrients even more because you're in a calorie deficit.

The Snickers protein bar has LESS calories, carbs, fat ..but MORE protein per gram✅ So Win Win right?!
Well, I took one for the team😂 and did a taste test😁 🍫

All in all, I really liked the Snickers Protein Bar, if you are comparing it to other protein bars, it's definitely a winner, and doesn't have that certain taste or texture you often have with other protein bars.
Having this is a great way to increase your protein, if you fancy having a treat.

In comparison to a regular Snickers bar though, it's not exactly the same, maybe a tad less indulgent and not as sweet. Some may like that! But then again, I wouldn't expect it to taste as amazing as the original Snickers as the macros have completely changed!

일본 라멘 처음 먹어봤는데 담백하니 꿀맛,, 하긴 속세음식 중 맛없는게 어디 있으리오..그래도 배부르기 전에 젓가락 내려놓은 나 자신에게 칭찬의 박수를👍🏻👏🏻 점심 먹고 카페 갔다가 그냥 카페에서 간식으로 챙겨온 견과류로 저녁 퉁,, 라멘의 여파가 참 오래 가네요..아직도 배 별로 안고픔 ㅜㅜ 집에 와서 60분 싸이클 타고 300칼로리 버닝!!!!!! 라멘 먹은 죄로 싸이클 열시미 탔슴둥💦🤣 요즘 근력운동을 1도 안하고 있는데 내일은 보고서 쓰러 카페가서 운동 계획을 다시 세워야겠당! 새로운 마음, 새로운 계획으로 방학 알차게 보내야지🤘🏻.
