Balsamic Chicken⠀
.⠀
This super tasty meal takes minimal time to prepare and only uses one oven tray! Perfect!⠀

Ingredients:⠀
.⠀


600g Chicken thighs⠀
1 Large onion ⠀
2 Red peppers ⠀
1 Green peppers ⠀
2 Garlic cloves ⠀
4 tbsp Balsamic vinegar⠀

100ml Chicken stock⠀
1 tsp Dried oregano⠀


Method:⠀ ⠀

Preheat the oven to 180ºC. ⠀
Chop the onion, peppers, garlic and throw into a large baking tray with the chicken thighs. Drizzle over the balsamic vinegar, chicken stock and sprinkle on the dried oregano. Now simply place the tray into the pre-heated oven and allow to cook for 25-35 minutes.⠀

This meal will serve around 3 people. If you wish to bulk it out a little then cook and serve with a bit of basmati or wild rice.⠀ ⠀

So how much water a day should you be drinking? Well as a start 2-3 litres should be a minimum for everyone. However, there are lots of factors to why you could need more - age, height, weight, how active you are, how warm it is outside. With some people needing as much as 5-6 litres per day.

Bad Calf Genetics? I had them too

Scared to wear shorts in the summer because they don’t match your upper body?
I didn’t whinge and moan about it, I just fixed what I needed to and put some effort into growing them

HOW? Mobility
For me, it was never a case of avoiding training them, but I discovered that I was lacking full Range Of Motion (dorsiflexion). They always just felt “awkward” to train, I knew my ankles just didn’t feel right
The pic bottom right shows how I improved the range of motion, the band pulls in one direction ⬅️, the kettlebell loaf applies pressure downward ⤵️ and the Achilles, calf, soleus etc can be taken into their full range ↗️ The Training?

2 sessions, one strength/power, low reps heavy weight, some explosive movements, one hypertrophy/metabolite work, lower weight higher reps.

When?

First thing on a leg day
The key?
