You having trouble sleeping⁉️

Got clearance to go back to gym. First day back mainly taking pics of videos of my gym buddy. But tried and well could barely lift 5lbs ha ha. -

2 months away from gym due to back injury and I realized it's like starting over for first time and I need to start slow and focus on form and minimize weights. Small session on arms to just see how body does. -

Have had the best time in Barcelona catching up with friends I never get to see, made new ones, ate lots of amazing food, & most importantly, brought my best package to the international stage representing @ukbff_official & couldn't be happier! It's been so nice hanging out with likeminded people who all have the same goal. I've been so inspired by so many of these athletes & how focussed & headstrong they've been going into the Arnold's, so massive well done to all those who competed!
