First, you need to go from wanting to change your weight to deciding to change it! Deciding means jumping in all the way, doing whatever it takes, and going after your dreams! •
Second, remember that there ISN’T a magic pill or a quick fix!! You need to address the reason/s why you’ve gained weight. Thyroid issues, insulin and leptin resistance, hormonal imbalances, food sensitivities, autoimmunity, etc...are some of the dynamics that might be at play....

Third, you don’t have to go through that journey on your own! We can do it together without dieting!

A small hack that always works is having 30-40g of protein per meal 😏

Rather than buying nuts... which cost a ton too. Find cheap protein sources like tuna, chicken, white fish, eggs and so many more

A good hack is to always consume high protein foods upon awakening as protein helps you to feel more filled and thus cutting the temptation of binging at night
#
Bring protein snacks like beef jerky or a protein bar is so vital especially if you’re in the office 😆
#
Eating protein around your workout’s can also help a ton(I’m coming out with a topic on this)

평일동안 나름 열심히 달려온 나를 위해 주말에는 먹고싶던 내가 좋아하는 건강한 빵도 먹고, 친구들 만나서 데이트도 하고, 잠깐이지만 남팅구도 만나서 힐링하고 오고! 꽤나 알차게 느껴진 주말 :) 다음주는 오션월드 가야하니까 식단도 운동도 조금 더 노력하는 내가 되어봐야겠다. 이렇게 이번 한주도 감사하며 마무리하기. 고생했어ღ
