Then say hello to one of my fav breakfasts- with just 3 cheap ingredients and 4 food groups woo!
How to make: Melt butter in skillet. Microwave oats in water or milk. Whisk 2-4 eggs in a medium bowl. Take 2-3 old bananas and mash them with the eggs. Add the oats. Then add any additional ingredients.* Whisk together. Pour all this good stuff into the skillet and let it brown a little on the bottom, stir, and cook until it gets a little fluffy and cooked through. & ta-dahh, breakfast is served 💫
-Ingredients: some pancake mix for firmness, vanilla extract, cinnamon, blueberries, chia seeds.
-Toppings: maple syrup, coconut shavings, fruit, peanut butter, chocolate chips, whipped cream.
