50kg台まであとちょっと💦

実は今朝異常なほど食欲が出てきて、
正午を待てずに昼食をたべてしまいました😔

しかし!
正午過ぎから晴れてきたので午後のテニスは中止にならず、
自宅から離れたところにあるコートまで、
チャリ🚲💨で突っ走り、
約2時間試合してきて
帰りも30分かけてチャリ🚲💨で帰ったおかげで、
だいぶカロリー消費が出来ました\(^o^)/

写真撮り忘れましたが、夜はトマトソースのパスタ🍝でした🎶

昨日分です💦

昨日は+0.3kgでした😵
人といて食べすぎた自覚はありましたが、
実際数字で見るとやっぱり後悔する…(p_-)
みなさんは誰かといる時や
どうしても断れない時どうしてますか??

なので今日は少しご飯減らして
我慢します😑😑

家族に「ちょっと足細くなったね」って
言われたのが唯一の救い!😭

🍴12:30 - витаминный салат, овощной суп-пюре и макарошки. Из-за того, что всю прошлую неделю налегала на белок, сейчас постоянно хочется углей. Прямо шла по улице на обед и мечтала о макарошечках. Суп был лишним, но черт возьми, вкусным. Это не обед, а больной чит-мил😹
13:30 - кофе и льняной батончик
До конца дня на воде и зеленом чае

Весь день дичайше рубило спать, но надо готовиться к олимпиаде и сделать туеву хочу заданий к пятнице (5 пар, любимый день недели), поэтому на кровать даже не присаживаюсь
🌂Зато завтра у меня освобождение от учебы, поэтому утром успею съездить в зал, пообедаю в центре, а то в родном городе с заведениями все как-то печально
По сути завтра последний день для сбора чемодана, а я просто хочу прилететь в любимом чёрном свитере с ноутом в сумке. Не люблю сборы, подготовку квартиры к отъезду, муки планирования "как бы ничего не забыть". Когда уже изобретут телепорт?😒

아침: 일반식 반식(연근조림, 멸치볶음, 삼겹살 비계제외, 김치, 숙주나물, 쌀밥 반공기)

점심: 돈까스, 리코타 치즈 샐러드, 김치고기 덮밥, 빈츠, 포춘쿠키, 아메리카노

저녁: 찰떡쿠키, 바나나우유, 파리크라상 크림치즈데니쉬?, 빈츠

이렇게 다 적어 놓으니 참 많이 먹었네요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ오늘 점심은 교육 받는 데서 사주셔서 적당히 배부르고 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다~ 너무 졸려서 커피를 먹으려니 군것질도 먹고 싶어서 조금먹공...ㅎㅎ 저녁엔 원래 약속이 있었는데 교육이 너무 늦게 끝나서ㅠㅠ친구 얼굴만 보고 헤어졌네요~ 그 친구가 준 빵이랑 우유 먹고 챙겨온 주전부리들 기차에서 먹으며 오늘 식단 마무리합니당! 그래도 눈앞에 땅콩샌드와 찰떡파이가 더 남아 있음에도 먹지 않고 있답니다. 멋져멋져 나자신후후😁 내일부턴 회개식단 갑니달 .

THIS is what it takes to become a Registered Dietitian;
✔️4 Years of Undergraduate and/or 2-3 Years of Graduate Studies (read: ORGANIC CHEMISTRY. BIOCHEMISTRY. FOOD SCIENCE. PSYCHOTHERAPEUTIC COUNSELING.)
✔️Education at an Accredited Institution by ACEND (The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics). Not all universities are eligible. ✔️1,200 Hours of Supervised Practice (sometimes combined with graduate school; this is a FULL YEAR of unpaid supervised work all the while you are completing coursework AND working!)
✔️Published, Peer-Reviewed Research for our Master's Theses
✔️Earn at least 75 Hours of Continuing Education Units (CEUs) every five years; we must register with the state board of health AS WELL and keep up to date with THEIR licensing requirements as well as the NATIONAL Academy of Dietetics requirements
✔️The Test: The final hurdle is the RD exam. A big scary comprehensive exam on which all of your training hangs! ✔️Focus on Science, not Sales ✔️Often worked in hospitals, eating disorder facilities, nursing homes for a number of years before entering private practice (like all Essence RDs!) ✔️To navigate our clients' needs, we rely on SCHOLARLY journals and research; liaising with MDs and RDs, our clinical experience, and critical thinking skills

First thing I've eaten today. It's 421 calories. I also had a coffee this morning which was 70 calories. I need to start calorie counting again so hopefully fingers cross I can keep on plan. Ive got a holiday in June and I need to lose at least 2 dress sizes before i go. (I need to lose 4 altogether.)
