But, to reveal your six pack abs, your body fat percentage must be low, around 10-12% body fat. . We already have posted about the topic, In which we informed that everyone has abs, you just need to lower your body fat percentage. . Seafood pasta 🍝 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Happy Saturday everyone! I have not been to the gym this week butttt I’m going to do yoga at a brewery later with some friends, so at least I’m getting some movement in this week🤷🏽♀️ I’ve never done yoga so I’m excited! Also get a pint of beer along with it too so that’s always a plus 🙃
Had green tea at chaye khana grand port.The guys who were serving it were from quetta and had all kinds of chaye at their shop.The tea had a slight beautiful taste of mint in it which is beneficial for digestion and had a beautiful aroma.They presented it in a quite different way they added a stem of mint in each cup which was quite appealing for me and gave me an idea of trying this at home😁 So, For me it was all you need after having a heavy meal at the end of the day. So, 5/5 for this beautiful cup of qahwa and 5/5 for the presentation 😊
Lunch meal! I usually skip breakfast so this is a bigger meal for me. I have 3 eggs, Mexican mix cheese, 4% milk fat cottage cheese, 2 hamburgers with guacamole on them (my favorite 😋😋😋😍), a stick of cream cheese and almond milk (unsweetened vanilla)! I will post the breakdown for this later!
