🌙 Hi, nice, that to on instagram, are some the girls on diet, because can we get each other support and motivate. Of course, my instagram is mainly about weight-loss, I shows in instastories how I am doing, but I like write posts about eg my vegan diet, but I have a lot ideas on future topics related to self-esteem, tolerance, because writing about it easier me to accept yourself. Today, however I'll write post about my progress
🍏 In my diet, everything going in the right track, I'm started day with supplements, I eating food low-calories and vegan, gluten free, I ruled out simple sugar. Only I would like eat more plants from organic farming
🙌🏻 I think, not enough I'm workout and I must change it, I should workout 2 h a day and in my free time I must much move, when I'm bored up before the phone, I can go to walk, even when it's gonna cold, each move is mattered
🌈 As regards feeling, I'm trying to be strong, I know, that if I want to achieve perfect body, I must eat healthy, workout, have a strong will and motivate yourself. Of course patience and believe in yourself is also important

A great morning for me includes great coffee! 😌 I’m a big fan of drinks, this overflow homemade cappuccino is a fav! Knowing that I’m drinking freshly made coffee without syrups or sugar makes it all the better. Love!!☕️❤️
