But, to reveal your six pack abs, your body fat percentage must be low, around 10-12% body fat.

So today I rejoined Slimming World. After gaining most of my 2stone loss back and feeling deflated, I decided to restart my journey completely. It’s given me a massive boost of motivation, I’ve also set myself an interim target which I didn’t do last time. Thinking that by giving myself smaller targets, I’ll find it a lot easier and a lot less pressure on me to actually get there.

Happy Saturday everyone! I have not been to the gym this week butttt I’m going to do yoga at a brewery later with some friends, so at least I’m getting some movement in this week🤷🏽‍♀️ I’ve never done yoga so I’m excited! Also get a pint of beer along with it too so that’s always a plus 🙃

You need to stick to a solid plan if you want to see real changes. Be consistent and track everything.

Had green tea at chaye khana grand port.The guys who were serving it were from quetta and had all kinds of chaye at their shop.The tea had a slight beautiful taste of mint in it which is beneficial for digestion and had a beautiful aroma.They presented it in a quite different way they added a stem of mint in each cup which was quite appealing for me and gave me an idea of trying this at home😁 So, For me it was all you need after having a heavy meal at the end of the day.
So,
5/5 for this beautiful cup of qahwa and 5/5 for the presentation 😊

Lunch meal! I usually skip breakfast so this is a bigger meal for me. I have 3 eggs, Mexican mix cheese, 4% milk fat cottage cheese, 2 hamburgers with guacamole on them (my favorite 😋😋😋😍), a stick of cream cheese and almond milk (unsweetened vanilla)! I will post the breakdown for this later!

Ugh my fave, turkey burgers with guac on them 😋😋 meal before I go work upper body for the first time in 2 weeks thanks to that pinched nerve 💪🏻

Chicken baked in bbq sauce, avocados, strawberries, and cottage cheese 😋😋😋

1/2 cup of whole grain oats (uncooked) with Oikos triple zero (1 container) banana cream 😋 since I’m not feeling well today I thought it’d be good to load up on probiotics!

Two very sweaty messes this morning at pigs @mygeekbrain Struggled today and probably should have had a rest day but nightshifts make it so hard to spread sessions out! I could feel every muscle aching! I was beating myself up at the end saying I’d done rubbish but never regret a workout!
